I found Nic/ Wags Petcare by word-of-mouth referral. Avy's adventures with Nic are the highlight of her week. Nic genuinely cares about every one of her fur babies, she sends updates about their adventures, funny stories and any concern if she notices anything out of character. Initially she did a one on one meet and greet to chat about any special quirks Av might have, ie our dog is extreemly resistant to get in strange cars but Nic nailed this from day one.
